Lazar spoke with Techround on what it’s really like running a business. Sharing his knowledge as a serial entrepreneur he highlighted the road to success isn’t as rosy as others think and shared some insights of his good and bad experiences.
Referring to his first business he set up aged 21, ‘VProperty’ an international property sales and development company:
“One of the big wins in the business was a block sale to a client, the single unit sales were great, but the sale of multiple units was so satisfying…”
“… It also uncovered that there were more dishonest employees, looking back, as a 21 year old I took it personally and it did hurt as I was growing the company with a ‘family ethos’ and the only reason for an employee to do what they did in this instance was ‘greed’.”
